If you’re stressed out by the endless choices that wedding planning can bring, there’s an option for you that can really decrease your stress levels before your big day. That option? An all-inclusive wedding venue! Planning a wedding at an all-inclusive venue, honestly, makes everything so much easier, and that’s just one of the reasons why couples are opting for one lately! And as an Arizona wedding videographer, trust me when I say that I get it! Imagine signing up for your venue and then just… Having everything taken care of. Sounds like a dream, right? Well, this Arizona wedding venue IS a dream. It’s all-inclusive and has a ton of options for you to find the perfect package for your day.

Aldea Weddings at The Landmark: An All-Inclusive Wedding Venue in Mesa, Arizona
One of my favorite Arizona wedding venues, whether you opt for the all-inclusive package or not, is Aldea Weddings at The Landmark in Mesa. Everything about the space is gorgeous, and there are several reasons why this is one of the best Arizona wedding venues, in my opinion, as an Arizona wedding videographer.

It’s flexible, weather-wise
Landmark Weddings is a perfect venue for weddings where the weather is up in the air. Whether you’re getting married on a day that’s on the cusp of the hot Arizona weather or where there’s a high chance of rain, there’s a stunning spot for your big day! The Arizona wedding venue offers so much flexibility for indoor and outdoor ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour spaces, each equally as gorgeous!
For example, if you want your ceremony outside near the gazebo, you can plan for that, but if it rains or if it’s too hot, you can choose to have it inside the chapel instead. There is also a beautiful outdoor area for cocktail hour, where your crew can then move indoors for the reception. All the spaces are super flexible, and any part of the day can be inside or outside, weather-permitting!

The getting-ready spaces are a vibe
Where so many other wedding venues overlook the getting-ready spaces, Landmark Weddings does not, but instead knows that these rooms are a crucial part of the day. This is where the vibe starts: You’re with your closest friends, music is going, and you’re sharing special before-the-big-moment excitement. These moments deserve a fantastic space to hold them in, and the getting-ready rooms at Landmark Weddings don’t disappoint. They’re spacious and they even give you the option to add on time so you can get ready on-site.

It has gorgeous greenery
Arizona wedding venues that have greenery, honestly, are few and far between. But Landmark Weddings has a wall of greenery that creates the perfect photo backdrop, and that alone sells the venue to me!

It’s perfect to host a large wedding
With a 200-guest maximum, the reception space at the venue is spacious and prepared to host all of your favorite people. In my opinion, the space looks magical with long tables (or a ton of round tables) and fairy lights everywhere.

The all-inclusive package is perfect for low-stress planning
If I could only say one thing about this venue, it’s that the staff is absolutely phenomenal. Not only are they so sweet and personable, but every time I’ve filmed a wedding here, the staff is going above and beyond for their guests! With their all-inclusive package, you get the staff on-site for 6 hours to help with whatever it is you may need. And that’s (definitely) not all, the other inclusions in the package are:
- Up to 6 hours in Bridal Suite and 2 hours in Groom’s Suite before ceremony start time
- Ceremony, cocktail and reception set-up and tear-down
- 6 hours of DJ playtime
- 6 hours of coverage from a photographer
- Catering & service staff
- Florist
- Bakery
- Officiant
- Complete design package
- Complimentary soft beverage bar
- Bar package
It’s perfect from a videographer’s view
From a videographer’s POV, this venue? Perfection. The garden gazebo and the courtyard (with gorgeous lighting) make the perfect settings for first look and portrait moments. The historic architecture and the dreamy lighting all throughout the venue create timeless cinematic frames. This Arizona wedding venue is so picturesque and makes a truly stunning backdrop for your wedding film.

What Is an All-Inclusive Wedding Venue?
Yep, an all-inclusive wedding venue is just as dreamy as it sounds. You sign up for your wedding venue and get a full wedding package: decor, catering, a DJ, a coordinator, and so much more. Each venue is different in what they offer, and at some you still get options of what vendors you want, if you’d still like to have the choice! Most, if not all, all-inclusive wedding venues include food, a coordinator, and decor rentals at the very least, and some even let you customize your package and offer add-ons if you want to have more of a choice in the planning process.

Should You Choose an All-Inclusive Wedding Venue?
If you’re weighing the options between choosing an all-inclusive wedding venue or just a regular venue and choosing your own vendors, consider the following:
Do you get overwhelmed by making decisions easily?
If you’re someone who is easily overwhelmed by making decisions, an all-inclusive wedding venue could make wedding planning so much easier for you. It knocks down the number of decisions you have to make for your wedding by a considerable amount and can save you a lot of stress!
How much time do you have to dedicate to planning your wedding?
If you have a full plate in life and your wedding is just adding to it, an all-inclusive wedding venue could also alleviate some of your stress because it is SO much less to plan!
When is your wedding?
Choosing an all-inclusive wedding venue for a closer wedding date can be helpful because you won’t have to worry much about the vendors being already booked. Planning a perfect day with a shorter timeline can definitely be tricky, but having a full-service wedding venue (if your date is available) can help with that.
Are you selective about vendors?
Some people are very choosy about their vendors, and I totally get it. There’s no shame in that! If you and your partner are extra-selective about your wedding vendors, an all-inclusive wedding venue may not be the best fit for you.
Emily and Kyle’s Dreamy Spring Wedding at Aldea Weddings at The Landmark
This spring wedding day was straight out of a fairytale, and so much fun to capture! Getting to be at one of my favorite Arizona wedding venues with a fantastic couple always makes for a great day.
Emily and Kyle had a simple, elegant wedding day that felt so magical. And so much of this is because of their amazing vendors! I had the honor of capturing the couple all day alongside Sarah Fischer Photography, which was so easy to film beautifully because of the floral decor by Cloud 9 Blooms. All of the food was delicious, including the catering by Sharko’s and the cake and desserts by Whisk and Paddle. Emily looked absolutely stunning with her bridal look done by Boss Beauty!
